CardioZone Fitness is a private label clone. They are made by Keys Fitness with a CardioZone sticker added for good measure. These treadmills are similar to Keys’ products in terms of quality and finish.

CardioZone is criticized for inflating its MSRP ( ) price and selling its machine at a price no where near that value. This causes some doubt as to which price is the actual valued price.

Nonetheless, CardioZone does provide a decent machine and is know to have a strong warranty.

Strong Point

CardioZone treadmills have a strong motor warranty. Its frame and motor are warranted for life. Not many mid end treadmills have this feature.

CardioZone treadmills also have a good value. They are affordable and give you an above average treadmill.

Its motors are quite powerful. Other than its base model, the weakest motor is at 2.5 CHP. The belt size is average and therefore you won’t have any loud noises coming out of the treadmill motors since it can power the belt easily.

Its warranty on parts is about average and nothing spectacular. Perhaps this is due to the fact that it purchases some parts overseas.

Being the base model, we would suggest the upgrade to the CardioZone Elite.

The Pro T Cardiozone treadmill is recommended for walkers. It has a really good warranty and a powerful motor relative to its belt size.

The Elite T Cardiozone treadmill also comes with a Whisper Quiet™ 2.0 CHP or upgradeable to 2.5 CHP motor. Upgrade to the 2.5 HP motor and you will be glad you did over the long run.

The CardioZone treadmill has a good value for money. At $1,200, this model is a good deal. Lower quality and resilience are some concerning issues but the Elite T CardioZone is a better choice that the Pro T.

CardioZone Elite Max HR T

The Elite Max HRT CardioZone treadmill was voted best buy by Consumer’s Guide in 2004. It has the same features as the Elite and similar specs.

It is a solid folding treadmill and an overall good package. The specs are similar to that of the Elite Plus; 2.5 Continuous duty motor, 20 x 56 inch belt, heart rate control and monitoring, and foldable capabilities.

As for its features, it comes with the basic necessities. It includes a Handrail speed control, safety key and a good cushioning system.

The Club HR T CardioZone treadmill is one of two models to have orthopedic belts. The belt is thicker and provides more comfort and a softer surface. The Belt size is 20 x 58 inch, an excellent size for running.

It has a 3.0 CHP motor and 15 built in programs to choose from. It has heart rate monitoring (including wireless chest strap) and heart rate control workouts.

The Club HRT is a light commercial model that can be used in households. Save a bit of money and buy the Elite Max HR T if you want a CardioZone. The orthopedic belt feels nice but puts more wear on the drive system.
