The Pro+ Cybex is a special treadmill. It is able to decline up to -2%. It is not encouraged to constantly run in the negative incline because you are forcing the motor to power the belt against gravity. Nonetheless it is a feature that can be used moderately. The Pro+ Cybex treadmill has a heart rate monitor and control with a wireless chest strap included and 8 built in programs to add some variety.
